Profile
I am an electrical and electronic engineer who builds AI and machine learning systems that hold up in production — and in constrained environments. My work runs from LLM and retrieval-augmented applications, distributed data pipelines and containerised cloud deployment, through to the wireless, sensing and reinforcement-learning research the engineering rests on.
At the Office for National Statistics I am technical lead for a climate-health platform hosted on the UN Global Platform, and for the ONS contribution to BREATHE. I hold an affiliate research post at the University of Glasgow, and I am Technical Secretary of the Nigerian Society of Engineers’ Glasgow branch.

- Author and maintainer of the
climatehealthR package, published on CRAN and past 2,000 downloads since April 2026 — implementing six climate-health indicators endorsed by the United Nations Statistical Commission at its 57th session (New York, March 2026) and now included in the Global Set of Environment and Climate Change Statistics. - Indicator modules delivered as R Shiny applications, including one operational at the National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda.
- ONS technical lead for BREATHE (2025–2028) — a Wellcome-funded programme led by the University of Bristol across eight institutions in five countries, running causal attribution over a 100-million-person cohort.
